Your approved sample.
A shared standard.
Quality begins with clear specifications and continues through materials, production and final inspection. JoinTop uses defined checkpoints to keep the team aligned with your approved product.

Four practical checkpoints.
Material & trim review
Confirm the fabric, colors, logo components and accessories before production. Review relevant test requirements early, while choices can still change.
Fabric & inline inspection
Check material quality and construction during production. Reference the agreed fit, measurements, logo placement and workmanship requirements.
Final inspection & packing
Review finished caps and packing against the specification, including shape, appearance, quantity and carton information before release.
Agree the acceptance criteria.
A sample shows the intention. Written criteria make it possible to check consistently.
| Area | Items to agree |
|---|---|
| Fit & dimensions | Measurement method, crown depth, circumference range, visor dimensions and tolerances. |
| Color & branding | Approved color references, logo dimensions, placement, technique and acceptable appearance. |
| Workmanship | Seams, loose threads, panel symmetry, closure function and inside finish. |
| Performance | Which property is tested, on which material or product, by which method and against which requirement. |
| Packing | Protection against deformation, labels, assortment, carton quantities and shipping marks. |
Testing should answer a specific question.
Moisture management, drying, air permeability, colorfastness and UV transmission are different properties. Select the relevant evaluation for the claim and destination market, then confirm the tested sample and conditions.
For example, AATCC TM195 addresses liquid moisture management of textile fabrics. ASTM D6603 addresses labeling of UV-protective textiles. Neither link certifies a JoinTop product.
