From your idea
to a cap with your name.
JoinTop connects headwear design, sample development and manufacturing. Bring a detailed tech pack or an early concept; we will help you turn it into a workable product specification.

Every stage has a decision.
Start with your idea.
Share your audience, reference, quantity by color and delivery target.
Make it tangible.
Align the mock up, fabric, construction and logo technique. Review a physical sample.
Set the standard.
Confirm fit, color, trims and packing in one approved specification before bulk.
Build with visibility.
Follow production milestones, quality checks and the agreed shipping plan.
OEM: work from your specification
Share your approved design, construction and quality requirements. We review feasibility, material availability and the production plan before sampling.
ODM: develop the product together
Start with your customer and brand direction. We help explore suitable silhouettes, fabrics, decoration and details, then refine the options through sample review.
Private label: make it coherent
Coordinate the outside branding with labels, seam tape, lining, hangtags and packing. Check special trim minimums before fixing the launch quantity.
What to send us.
You do not need every answer on day one. The more of these you can share, the more specific our recommendations can be.
| Brief item | Useful detail |
|---|---|
| Product & audience | Golf, running, outdoor or lifestyle; target customer and destination market. |
| Fit & reference | A sample, dimensions or photos, with clear notes on what you want to change. |
| Design | Logo files, preferred techniques, colors and placement; a sketch or mock up is welcome. |
| Quantity | Pieces per style and color, plus expected repeat-order needs. |
| Schedule | Required arrival date and any sample review or launch milestones. |
| Quality & packing | Performance claims, testing requirements, inspection criteria and packing expectations. |
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard cap MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. It cannot be split across different styles. Custom fabrics, special trims and molded parts may have separate minimums; we check these before quoting.
How long does sampling take?
Standard custom samples usually take 20–25 days after the brief, materials and sample payment are confirmed. New molds, special materials or holidays may extend this to 30–35 days. Your quotation will confirm the project schedule.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Standard bulk production usually takes 40–45 days after sample approval, specification confirmation and the agreed deposit. Peak periods may require 45–50 days. Shipping time is additional.
Can you work from an idea instead of a tech pack?
Yes. Send reference photos, a sketch or an existing sample, along with your intended use and quantity. We can help develop a mock up and a practical specification before sampling.
Bring the idea. We’ll work through the details.
