Light on the head.
Considered in every detail.
Develop custom running caps around movement, comfort and your target wearer. Start with a lightweight construction and assess the whole sample in use.

Control the fit in motion
Set an adjustment range and review the closure on a moving wearer. A running cap should feel secure without unnecessary pressure.
Review moisture and airflow separately
Sweat management, drying and ventilation are different properties. Select the sweatband and shell together, then agree how each will be evaluated.
Reduce weight where it helps
Compare reinforcement, lining and visor construction. A softer cap may suit one running brief while another needs a more defined profile.
Define what matters.
Use these options to start a conversation. Your approved sample and quotation set the final specification.

| Timing | Typical custom samples 20–25 days; typical bulk 40–45 days after approvals and agreed deposit. |
Give your sample
a clear job to do.
Send a cap you like, a sketch or a tech pack. Tell us what to keep and what to change. We align the mock up, material and decoration, then build a sample for you to assess.
Review the fit on your target wearer, check the logo at its actual size and confirm the inside finish. Keep these decisions in the approved specification for production and future orders.
