Custom performance caps,
built around the wearer.
Develop five-panel and six-panel performance caps with the right balance of structure, ventilation and branded detail. JoinTop supports brands from the first reference through approved samples and bulk production.

Fit before features
Agree the head circumference range, crown depth and visor profile. Panel count alone does not determine how a cap fits.
Ventilation with a purpose
Consider laser-perforated side and rear panels, mesh or lighter fabrics. Hole placement should work with seams, reinforcement and the finished appearance.
A coherent material system
Review shell fabric, sweatband, lining and closure together. Choose performance claims only after the relevant material or product evidence is available.
Define what matters.
Use these options to start a conversation. Your approved sample and quotation set the final specification.

| Inside details | Custom labels, seam tape, lining and sweatband options. |
| Planning | Standard MOQ 100 pieces per style and color; typical sample 20–25 days, bulk 40–45 days. |
Give your sample
a clear job to do.
Send a cap you like, a sketch or a tech pack. Tell us what to keep and what to change. We align the mock up, material and decoration, then build a sample for you to assess.
Review the fit on your target wearer, check the logo at its actual size and confirm the inside finish. Keep these decisions in the approved specification for production and future orders.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard cap MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. It cannot be split across different styles. Custom fabrics, special trims and molded parts may have separate minimums; we check these before quoting.
How long does sampling take?
Standard custom samples usually take 20–25 days after the brief, materials and sample payment are confirmed. New molds, special materials or holidays may extend this to 30–35 days. Your quotation will confirm the project schedule.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Standard bulk production usually takes 40–45 days after sample approval, specification confirmation and the agreed deposit. Peak periods may require 45–50 days. Shipping time is additional.
