Buyer FAQs

A better starting point.

Plan your custom headwear project with practical guidance on minimums, samples, manufacturing, performance claims and shipping.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard cap MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. It cannot be split across different styles. Custom fabrics, special trims and molded parts may have separate minimums; we check these before quoting.

How long does sampling take?

Standard custom samples usually take 20–25 days after the brief, materials and sample payment are confirmed. New molds, special materials or holidays may extend this to 30–35 days. Your quotation will confirm the project schedule.

What is the bulk production lead time?

Standard bulk production usually takes 40–45 days after sample approval, specification confirmation and the agreed deposit. Peak periods may require 45–50 days. Shipping time is additional.

Can you work from an idea instead of a tech pack?

Yes. Send reference photos, a sketch or an existing sample, along with your intended use and quantity. We can help develop a mock up and a practical specification before sampling.

Can I choose the logo technique?

Yes. Options include flat or 3D embroidery, woven patches, silicone, PVC and TPU applications. Suitability depends on the design, fabric and placement; we recommend reviewing the proposed method on a sample.

Are all fabrics waterproof or UPF 50+?

No. Performance depends on the specific material, finish and construction. Share the claim you want to make and the target market. We can discuss appropriate testing before you use a performance claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We discuss air and sea freight options with the destination, quantity and required arrival date. Freight, duties, taxes and responsibilities depend on the shipping terms in your quotation.

How do repeat orders keep the same fit?

Keep the approved sample and written specification as the reference. Confirm measurements, tolerances, fabric, trims and logo placement again before a repeat order, and review any material or construction changes.

Have a project-specific question?
