Every detail changes
how a cap feels.
Build the shell, sweatband, visor, closure and logo as one product. We help compare options for the wearer, the design and your production quantity.

Choose for the use case.
Technical woven fabrics
Consider selected polyester, nylon and stretch blends for performance concepts. Composition alone does not establish breathability, drying speed or colorfastness.
Cotton & lifestyle textures
Explore twill, corduroy and selected blended fabrics for a more casual look and hand feel. Review color and finish on actual swatches.
Sweatbands & inside details
Select sweatband construction, lining and seam tape alongside the shell. Assess comfort, thickness and moisture handling on the complete sample.
Pick the application that fits.
Compare techniques at the intended logo size. Fine lines, seams and curved surfaces can change the result.
| Technique | When to explore it | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Flat embroidery | Clean stitched branding on suitable front, side or rear panels. | Small text, stitch density, backing and distortion. |
| 3D embroidery | Raised shapes and bolder front logos. | Line width, edges, foam coverage and panel seams. |
| Woven patch | Detailed graphics with a textile surface. | Border, thread colors, dimensions and attachment. |
| Silicone / PVC | Dimensional or molded brand details. | Mold fee, color matching, weight and attachment method. |
| TPU application | A thin raised finish on a compatible material. | Heat compatibility, adhesion and the approved application conditions. |

Function needs
a clear specification.
Laser-hole size, pattern and placement should be reviewed with the fabric and panel construction. Evaluate strength, appearance and comfort on the finished sample.
For PFAS-free finishes, water repellency or UV protection, define the intended claim and request evidence for the relevant material and test conditions. One report should not be assumed to cover every fabric or color.
