Your decoration.
Our headwear development.
Source made-to-order blank caps for your wholesale program or local embroidery and printing business. Agree the construction around the way you plan to decorate.

Plan for your equipment
Share the decoration area and machine or application requirements. Crown structure, panel seams and access can affect local embroidery or heat application.
Test the actual blank
Heat, pressure and backing can affect fabrics differently. Test your planned process on a sample before you commit to a full order.
Keep replenishment consistent
Record fabric, color, fit and labels for future orders. A blank cap program needs the same specification discipline as a fully decorated collection.

Give your sample
a clear job to do.
Send a cap you like, a sketch or a tech pack. Tell us what to keep and what to change. We align the mock up, material and decoration, then build a sample for you to assess.
Review the fit on your target wearer, check the logo at its actual size and confirm the inside finish. Keep these decisions in the approved specification for production and future orders.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard cap MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color. It cannot be split across different styles. Custom fabrics, special trims and molded parts may have separate minimums; we check these before quoting.
How long does sampling take?
Standard custom samples usually take 20–25 days after the brief, materials and sample payment are confirmed. New molds, special materials or holidays may extend this to 30–35 days. Your quotation will confirm the project schedule.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Standard bulk production usually takes 40–45 days after sample approval, specification confirmation and the agreed deposit. Peak periods may require 45–50 days. Shipping time is additional.
