Built for the trail.
Ready for the everyday.
Develop custom outdoor caps for travel, fishing, camping and lifestyle ranges. We help translate your intended use into practical material and construction choices.

Define the environment
Tell us whether you are developing for hot-weather use, daily travel or a more rugged setting. Each brief changes the material priorities.
Balance coverage and ventilation
Consider visor shape, crown coverage and airflow together. Perforation and mesh can change coverage, so assess the finished construction.
Match claims to evidence
Water repellency is different from waterproofness. UV-related claims also need appropriate evidence for the selected material and product.
Define what matters.
Use these options to start a conversation. Your approved sample and quotation set the final specification.

Give your sample
a clear job to do.
Send a cap you like, a sketch or a tech pack. Tell us what to keep and what to change. We align the mock up, material and decoration, then build a sample for you to assess.
Review the fit on your target wearer, check the logo at its actual size and confirm the inside finish. Keep these decisions in the approved specification for production and future orders.
