01

Choose your crown profile

Review a lower or fuller crown against a physical reference. Set a measurement method so your next order follows the same fit.

02

Give the logo room

Front panel seams affect decoration. Compare a broad five-panel front with a classic six-panel crown before choosing embroidery or patches.

03

Consider the complete round

Evaluate the sweatband, closure pressure, brim shape and ventilation on a wearable sample. Fabric claims alone do not describe comfort.

Give your sample
a clear job to do.

Send a cap you like, a sketch or a tech pack. Tell us what to keep and what to change. We align the mock up, material and decoration, then build a sample for you to assess.

Review the fit on your target wearer, check the logo at its actual size and confirm the inside finish. Keep these decisions in the approved specification for production and future orders.
